2025 Recital Information

Year-End Show

We produce a fabulous recital at the end of the year with all Kelcy’s dancers. Our shows (including dress rehearsal) will be held the week of April 21-26. We will announce the dates and times for our 2025 shows as soon as possible. This is an exciting and rewarding part of the season that everyone looks forward to! Year-End Show Costumes

Costume costs are generally $75-100- per costume (you will receive the exact amount in December 2024). Costume fees will be due in January. After we have ordered costumes, they are not refundable for any reason. Any costume alterations needed will be the responsibility of the parent. If your dancer will not be participating, you are required to notify us by email to Kelcy.mohr@gmail.com no later than December 1, 2024. Please do not rely on your dancer to inform us that she or he will not be dancing in the Year-End Show!

Year-End Show Fee

We do NOT charge a recital fee, instead we charge tickets to the show to cover the costs of the facility rental, lights, sound, flooring, backdrops, staff, and all that goes into putting on a large production.

Year-End Show Tickets

Tickets to our Year-End Shows will need to be purchased. Dancers performing in the show do not need a ticket. More information on Show Tickets, including when they will be available to purchase will be announced in the early spring. The ticket cost will be also announced in the Spring when more of the show details come out! In order to ensure all dancers have the opportunity to have their immediate family watch them dance in the show, we may limit the number of tickets each family may purchase for a designated time period. After the designated time period, if tickets are still available, we may lift the limit and open ticket sales to everyone. Tickets may sell out so do not delay when purchasing them for your child's performance!
